More than 1,000 people toured the 2026 Central Virginia St. Jude Dream Home this past weekend!
You can get a sneak peek at the 2026 Central Virginia St. Jude Dream Home during the official Open Houses over the next few weekends!
The 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath, 2,900 sq. ft. home is located at 103 Runway Ct., in the Blackwater Creek neighborhood off Elmwood Ave. in the Rivermont Ave. area of Lynchburg!
The home is valued at $700,000 and was built by L.G. Flint General Contractors.
Here's the schedule for the Dream Home Open Houses:
Aug. 29, 30, Sept. 12, 13 (no tours Labor Day Weekend, Sep. 5 & Sep. 6)
Saturdays: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Sundays: 12 noon – 5 p.m.

Green Front Furniture in Farmville brought in the furnishings to stage the home, and, if you drop by to visit during one of the Open Houses, you can enter for a chance to win a $10,000 Green Front Furniture shopping spree!
Dream Home tickets went on sale back in May and sold out within weeks, raising $1.6 million for St. Jude Children's Hospital in Memphis, TN to help in their mission to cure childhood cancer. No family ever receives a bill for their child's treatment.
This is the eighth year in a row that New Country 107.9 YYD and iHeartRadio Roanoke/Lynchburg have worked hand-in-hand with ABC 13 - WSET on the Central Virginia St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway, raising more than $8 million to help the kids at St. Jude.
