This is the eighth year in a row that New Country 107.9 YYD and iHeartRadio Roanoke/Lynchburg have worked hand-in-hand with ABC 13 - WSET on the Central Virginia Dream Home Giveaway, raising more than $7 million to help the kids at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN.

Josh Garmon, senior advisor of area development with St. Jude, said Lynchburg consistently has some of the fastest-selling ticket reservations in Virginia.
"Danny Thomas, founder of St. Jude, once said he’d rather have one dollar from a million people than a million dollars from one person. And that really resonates here in Lynchburg. People show up year after year to support this mission," Garmon said.
