Congratulations to the winner of the 2025 Central Virginia St. Jude Dream Home, Debra Hunter of Bedford, VA!

This year's home was built in the Blackwater Run neighborhood on Elmwood Ave. off Rivermont Ave. in Lynchburg by L.G. Flint General Contractors.

The 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath, 3,000 sq. ft. home is valued at $580,000 and built in a "mid-century modern" style with an open floor plan, garage, and finished basement, all overlooking the Blackwater Creek Natural Area.

This year's St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway raised $1.5 million!

This is the seventh consecutive year that New Country 107.9 YYD and iHeartRadio Roanoke/Lynchburg have teamed up with ABC 13 - WSET to support the Dream Home, raising a total of $7 million for the kids at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN to aid them in their mission to cure childhood cancer.

Tickets for the Dream Home went on sale in May and sold out in just 5 days.

Proceeds from the ticket sales will be used for the research and treatment of childhood cancer at St. Jude, where no family ever receives a bill for treatment, travel, housing or food.
