Ground has been broken for the 2025 Central Virginia St. Jude Dream Home, to be given away this summer!
This is the seventh Central Virginia Dream Home Giveaway with $5.5 million raised so far for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN for their mission to stamp out childhood cancer.
This year's home, which is once again being built in the new Blackwater Run development off Rivermont Avenue in Lynchburg, will be a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 3,000 square foot home valued at $580,000, built in a Mid-Century Modern style by L.G. Flint.

Tickets for this year's Dream Home Giveaway will become available on Wed., May 21, with the drawing for the winner taking place Wed., August 20 live on ABC13 - WSET.
Additional prizes in this year's giveaway include a Kubota Sidekick from Kubota of Lynchburg, plus a $10,000 VISA Gift Card from Bank of the James and a $10,000 VISA Gift Card from Dream Day Foundation.
